How well
do Stained Glass Domes hold up to rain and the
elements?
The Stained Glass Domes are never actually exposed to
the elements at all. The Stained Glass Domes are installed
and
housed in a specially constructed "light box",
usually in the attic area.
How does one light the Stained Glass Domes?
The Stained Glass Domes are lit by long-lasting energy efficient fluorescent
bulbs. It is also possible to install the Stained Glass
Dome under a skylight allowing natural light to illuminate
it during the day.
How are the Stained Glass Domes installed?
The Stained Glass Domes are shipped ready for assembly
on site and have easy to follow instructions. Once the
"light box"
is framed and the sheet rock is painted, simply assemble
the steel frame and install the individual interlocking
glass panels
into position. Turn on the lights and enjoy! View the

Is it possible to change the colors or design
of the Stained Glass Domes?
Absolutely. We can color match our glass to the color
scheme you are using. We can also modify an existing design
or
create a new one to compliment your project.
How long does it take for the Dome to arrive once ordered?
A standard Stained Glass Dome takes approximately 8-10
weeks to ship, depending on current workload and new or
modified designs can take 10-12 weeks.
